ABOUT THIS WATCH:
I may just make it my mission to show the world that Timex was not just blah design watch brand Sure, they made their fair share of dime store timepieces worthy of hanging on a rotating counter top rack display, but they also had plenty of tricks up their sleeves. It seems many of the more interesting 1970s Timex designs came out of Great Britain.
This is definitely not your grandfathers timex. More like a pure 1970s retro design beauty. The convex dial has almost 3D dimensional appearance due to its little golden square hour markers and white minute indices being right at the edge before the dial takes a turn downward leading to the white Hour / minute marked rehault. Some serious thought went into this dial and for that, Timex....we thank you.
